Terms & Conditions - Moorings
- Fees
payable monthly in advance plus one-month security deposit.
- Tenancy
period minimum 2 months (unless special offer applies, optional
casual rates).
- One
month’s notice required in writing to vacate.
- Industry
mooring agreement to be signed.
- Fees
to be paid by the 30th day of each month by direct debit or
automatic credit card debit.
- Use
of pontoon for private tenders prohibited.
- Use
of dock prohibited without booking. Use of deck prohibited after hours.
- No outside contractors without permission. (If permission granted, proof
of insurance to be sighted before work commences)
- Boat
owners are not to work on own vessel without permission.
- All rubbish to be removed from site and disposed of by tenants.
- SailCorp
to be immediately notified of any environmental contamination,
including hazardous material or fuel and oil spills and appropriate
authorities to be informed.
- Boat
owners to provide spare keys to be used in event of emergency.
- Owners
are to familiarise themselves with fire safety and emergency
procedures plan.
- Vessel
must at all times stay on allocated moorings.
- Notice
of change of address or contacts must be given immediately.
Tender Service
- Available 7 days. 09.30am -5.00pm
- After
hours dinghies are available only by booking.
- Keys
for after hours gate access available upon payment of $20 deposit.
Enhancements
- Minimum
48 hours notice is required for Pre Sail checks, catering beverage
and crew etc
- All
subject to availability
- Minimum
service charge 1 hour
- Prohibited alongside
- external detergent use
- power tool use
- shipwright or mechanical work
- overnight stays
- use without booking.
SailCorp
reserves the right to change conditions and /or services without
notice.
