The single yacht team building package is ideal for that smaller work group of up to 11 people. Not only will you get to enjoy a day on Sydney Harbour, but you will also get the chance to experience the energy and buzz of being part of a crew. Previous sailing experience is not a prerequisite but may give you an edge. Team building is the focus of the day as you and your group get to learn some of the basics of sailing and yacht handling skills. Each of you will be allocated a role in the running of the yacht and face challenges outside of your normal comfort zone.

When you are out on the water, team bonding and working as one is an essential criterion for a smooth sailing experience. All this, with Sydney Harbour and the city skyline as your backdrop. The single yacht team building package not only challenges team members as individuals and as a team, but also provides for a fun afternoon with some amazing scenery. While most of Sydney is stuck in the office, your team will be out on the Harbour facing some challenges while having a good time.
Included in the package is the cost of hiring a private yacht with boarding either from Lavender Bay or any one of the many city wharves. All team members will undergo a safety briefing by our fully qualified skippers followed by a three-hour strategic sailing experience. Every yacht in the team building fleet is fitted with all the safety requirements and mineral water is provided to every team member.
For those that want a more personalised package, arrangements can be made for team hats and merchandise depending on the size of the group. Catering can also be arranged for your team building activity. Upon completion of your sail around Sydney Harbour, you can return to a paella in the park at Lavender Bay or be dropped off to one of the many waterside restaurants on Sydney Harbour.
